Yoga & Meditation
We offer group yoga and meditation classes as well as individual private yoga and meditation sessions. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, while our private sessions will help you learn the basics, build and/or refine your practice and deepen your personal meditation journey.
$10.00 for Group classes- 1 hour
$50.00 for Private sessions - 1 hour
$30.00 for Private sessions - 30 min.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, relaxing and meditative form of healing. The more open you are to receiving the energy shift, the more you will get from the experience. With the use of crystals and essential oils, our goal is to strengthen your awareness of your own body, mind and soul and to heal on all levels. We believe in the power of Reiki to bring balance and harmony into your life. Our Reiki sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, while providing powerful healing on physical, mental and emotional levels. The majority of people I treat report feeling relaxed, more alert, a reduction in pain, and clear-headed. It is a feeling of “awakening”.
