Whether you're seeking a break from the daily grind or looking to enhance your overall wellness, this in-person event is perfect for you. Engage in various activities, including yoga sessions, meditation, workshops, and mindfulness exercises, led by expert instructors. Three lodging options are available: onsite camping ( 3 spots avail), onsite lodging with a shared bathroom up to 6 (currently in the construction phase) and The Brewery House Airbnb (10 minute drive from the retreat).
