Step away from the post-holiday rush for a full-day winter retreat designed to soothe your nervous system, warm your body, and quiet your mind.
Day Schedule
8:30 AM – Welcome & Tea Gathering: Settle in with hot herbal tea.
9:00 AM – Somatic & Restorative Flow: Release tension with intuitive movement, cozy Restorative yoga, and guided meditation.
11:00 AM – Journaling Session: Reflect and write in the quiet studio.
